Please take the train to Arakurayama Sengen Park, famous for its cherry blossoms, Mount Fuji, and five-story pagoda.

During the peak cherry blossom season, massive traffic congestion occurs around Arakurayama Sengen Park, and due to concerns about overtourism with an estimated 200,000 visitors and consideration for local residents, the 2026 Arakurayama Sengen Park Cherry Blossom Festival, organized by Fujiyoshida City, has been canceled.
However, the spectacular view of cherry blossoms, Mount Fuji, and the five-story pagoda all in one frame is only available during this time of year, so the surrounding area is expected to be extremely crowded.
It takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to walk from Shimoyoshida Station on the Fujikyu Railway Line to Arakurayama Sengen Park.
To alleviate traffic congestion and reduce the burden on local residents, please use public transportation, specifically the train.

Nearest station: Shimoyoshida Station on the Fujikyu Railway Line (Arakurayama Sengen Park)
